Sports and Event Packages
Sports and Events pricing can vary depending on the length of the event or what sport is being played. Please contact me for a free consultation on your even and a price based on its specific details.
Standard game packages are $100 ( Individual Player )
- The highlight fee is $100 (plus tax). A non-refundable amount of $25 required at the time of booking the game. The remaining amount is required at the beginning of the event/game. You will receive 1 8x10 print of your choice and a CD containing the full selection of shots taken in a low resolution with the rights to share with family and fiends. CD's typically contain 20-25 action shots of the player.
- Photographer will be present for the entire game.
- Highlight fees can be combined for two athletes competing within the same game. In this case, the highlight fee is $150 for both subjects. NOTE: It must be the same game ... not a different game at the same venue. It must be limited to two athletes (because giving coverage to more than two takes away from the special attention).
- The day following the event, the photos will be posted on my photo print site,sales.michaellambertphotography.com, for review.
- Within two weeks you will receive a photo CD/DVD containing digital images of the event. Images come with usage license for personal use and display.
- You also have the option of purchasing additional prints from my site, sales.michaellambertphotography.com. The prints are processed at a third-party site that uses the highest-quality printers and their prices are very reasonable considering the top-notch quality.
Team Packages
- The highlight fee is $300 (plus tax). A non-refundable amount of $100 required booking of the game or event. The remaining amount is required at the beginning of the event/game.
- Team packages will include a team photo taken prior to the start of the game, individual shots of each player ( All players must be present 30mins before game start for there photos.) and as many action shots as possible typically we try and capture 2-3 action shots per player depending on there play time.
- Team prints can be added to the package at a cost of $25 per player which will include a 8x10 print which will display the Team photo, Team logo and single Portrait shot of each player with there name and player number..
- Photographer will be present for the entire game.
- The day following the event, the photos will be posted on my photo print site, sales.michaellambertphotography.com , for review.
- Within two weeks you will receive a photo CD/DVD containing print-ready digital images of the event. You will also receive the same images in web-ready resolution. Images come with usage license for printing and promotional use. If prints are ordered they will arrive within 3 weeks of the event.
- You also have the option of purchasing prints from my site, sales.michaellambertphotography.com. The prints are processed at a third-party site that uses the highest-quality printers and their prices are very reasonable considering the top-notch quality.
Portrait Packages
Studio portrait sessions are available as well for individual sessions
All portrait packages pricing includes 30 Minute free consultation to ensure you get the max out of the Photo session time.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking a photo session. Cancellations up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled photo session will be refunded minus a $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the photo session are non-refundable.

Creativity Fee
$125.00 per hour
The creativity fee is the basic cost of hiring me as a photographer. All other costs are in addition to this base rate and would be negotiated with the client. Some examples of additional costs would be: Hiring a hair/makeup stylist, Special equipment rentals, Traveling expenses, Entry fees etc.. , and of course sales tax.
The times quoted include time for changing outfits, applying makeup, and any other client specific needs. Also included in this time would be set changes, changing the lighting, and other time required for the completion of the photo session. You'll want to keep this in mind when deciding how much time you'll need for your portrait session.
Digital Photography
An economical alternative to film is the digital camera. I use a professional quality digital camera; a Canon 1D mark 3, which is a 10 megapixel SLR camera. It is capable of producing professional quality enlargements up to 11x14", or larger.
Each digital session includes a low resolution proof CD of all images taken. Additional or replacement CDs are $20.00 each.
Digital Retouching
Photographs can be retouched for $30.00 per hour, which is typically two photographs. This number can vary depending on how much retouching needs to be done per photograph. There is a one hour minimum charge for this service.
Travel Expenses
Traveling is no problem for me, but I do charge $.30 per KM from Bradford, Ontario. This charge applies to traveling to the location and back again to the studio. For example, if the location is 20 KM's from Bradford there will be a travel expense of $12.00 added to the bill.
For each hour of travel required there is an additional charge of $25.00.
Copyright
I should point out that according to Canadian copyright law, I do hold and reserve all rights pertaining to copyright as the photographer. This means that any photographs taken may be used for personal or self-promotional use, but they cannot be reproduced or sold for a profit. Furthermore, the images cannot be used for any commercial purpose without my expressed written consent. Any desired commercial use can be negotiated to reflect a fair market value for the use of my work. I sincerely appreciate your understanding in this.
